Fuel storage composed of the following components:

• One or more rakes with opposed arms in welded steel for the extraction of sawdust, wood chips, dry and wet wood chips.
• Shafts in thick bent sheet metal with C profile
• Wear-resistant sliding guides and fixing plates
• 200 mm hydraulic cylinders with 500 mm stroke fed by an oil pumping unit.
• Hydraulic power unit for the mobile floor power supply

Control unit consisting of oil tank, piston pump, electric motor, pressure switches, solenoid valves, degassing unit, safety thermostat, minimum and maximum levels, hydraulic pipes and completion accessories.

The programming operation is automatically controlled by the PLC panel.

The two rakes work alternately to significantly reduce energy consumption, while still guaranteeing the fuel load volume necessary for the machine to function properly.

The walking floor components must be fixed to a reinforced concrete structure.
