The centralized ash extraction system allows the automatic extraction and transport of large quantities of ash up to the deposit positioned outside the boiler.

The system consists of:

• Ash transport under grate: Steel rake positioned at the base of the boiler for conveying the fine ashes deposited under the grate up to the collection hopper.

The hydraulic movement is coordinated with the movement of the grate.

• Ash transport over grate: the moving grate transports the ash to the end of the grate and discharges directly into the steel hopper.

At the bottom end of grade system, there will be a screw to discharge the ash.

Ash will be carried out of boiler to ash bin via screw conveyor.

Working period of system is automatic controlled.

Shaft of screw is water circulation cooled.
